Phoebe is a Pilates, Yoga and Myotherapy practitioner based in Melbourne.

She enjoys working with her clients to create a tailored approach to their recovery or simply to create a stronger, healthier version of themselves.

Phoebe treats people with muscular pain and dysfunction affected by injury, movement or common postural strain.

She likes to help people who suffer from neuro-muscular conditions such as disc bulges, spinal disc herniations and nerve impingements and release and correct the areas that have originally caused the structural imbalance.  The application of myotherapy techniques enables the muscular tissue to restore its structural integrity and therefore helping nerve health,  function and cellular regeneration. Phoebe has worked in hip rehabilitation for hip arthroscopy and now works in a spinal and sports medicine clinic specialising in neck, TMJ (jaw) pain and headaches.

Phoebe has a holistic approach to the care of her clients as she believes that myotherapy can restore skeletal alignment and joint mobility for neural health and overall systemic vitality. She believes that by maintaining the structural integrity of the body you can prevent surgery from needing to be had if you effectively rehabilitate the body both through the acute and chronic stage of the injury. The problem is that people ignore the injury and then don't get the right treatment on it soon enough which ends up forming a chronic condition.

Her combined skills and love for health and rehabilitation has enabled her to be a professional in the treatment of musculo-skeletal care through tailored body, mind and movement connection.
